Swimmingcutie.com has one checkout process and offers STANDARD SHIPPING for all items. Current shipping rate is $7.99. 

DELIVERY TIME

For USA:

Processing time will be 3-5 days for non-designer items. Shipping time will be 7-10 days. Total delivery time approximately: 10-14 days.

For EU:

Processing time will be 3-5 days for non-designer items. Shipping time will be 10-14 days. Total delivery time approximately: 10-21 days.

As we work with different international and local suppliers across the world, depending on the items you ordered (e.g. an order including both designer and non-designer items), your items may arrive in separate packages on different dates.

All Designer Items arrive in the same package on the same date.

• IMPORTANT: If you decide to return the item you purchased before you receive it, please DO NOT refuse delivery, otherwise the delivery company will have to send the item back to our supplier overseas in which case the higher return delivery charge and all applicable customs charges will be the responsibility of the customer. INSTEAD, please first accept the item, then we'll start the normal return procedure. Please e-mail us directly in case you decide not to have the item and we'll guide you through the process. 

Orders to Russia will be shipped with regular mail due to the current political regulations.

Customs and Import Duties

• Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.
• Swimming Cutie ships your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid”, and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. By law, the package cannot be returned to us unless the client pays Duties and taxes.

RETURNS

Return Policy 

If you're not happy with the product(s) you bought from us for some reason, no problem, we'll take care of you. 

Products to be returned must have their original tags on them. Items with removed tags, or signs of wear will NOT be accepted and will NOT be eligible for refund.

Returns period

Return period is 3 days, but it just means that it is sufficient for you to e-mail us about your decision to return in 3 days after the official delivery date, then we can start the return process after that, so don't worry about shipping it right away. We believe this time frame is more than enough for a customer to try it at home and decide.

We will issue and e-mail you a return label, with which you will be able to return the item.

RETURNS PROCESS

15 USD restocking fee will be charged per order for all Designer Items. This restocking fee helps to cover the cost of the provided return label and the processing of returned items.

No restocking fee will be charged for Non-Designer Items. However, cost of returning non-designer items belong to the customer.

*In case of return after period mentioned above, company retains the right to exchange merchandise or issue store credit only, if the product(s) are in original condition with original tags on them. If it's an exchange in this case, before we replace item and send it, you will be charged the shipping fee applicable to your region and product. And if it is store credit, shipping fee will be deducted from the store credit amount issued.

EXCHANGES - Designer Items Only

• In case of return for exchange we will issue and e-mail you a return label, with which you will be able to return the item for free. Please note that, for the new shipment, you will be charged a 15 USD shipping fee. We will e-mail you a draft order in the amount of 15 USD for the new shipping fee and after this is paid, we'll ship your exchanged item. Please note that there can be maximum 1 (one) exchange per order.

Processing returned items

• Once we receive returned item, our Returns Team will inspect it. All returns must be unworn, unwashed, not damaged with all additional materials (like price tag and protection slip). If our Returns Team will determine a mismatch of these requirements, it may lead to a partial refund or company can refuse it. If price tag or protection slip is missing refund is processed %30 less. In case we find out that merchandise was worn or product is returned in damaged condition company retains the right not to process it.

Taking care of our products

• Once you receive your order, you will naturally want to probe swimwear and try it on for size. However as long you are still deciding whether to keep it or not, you are responsible for taking care of our goods. Consequently please make sure to not damage the item and all additional materials (like price tag and protection slip).

Discount codes and refunds

• If you used a discount code for your return, please note that company retains the right to consider this item purchased on sale, therefore we can either offer store credit or exchange it.

Sale items and refunds

• All items on sales are final, however if you are not completely happy with it we accept return for exchange. Before we replace item and send it, you will be charged the shipping fee applicable to your region and product.

Payment option for refunds and time for processing

• Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method.
• Returns are processed within 5-14 business days of package receipt.
• All returns must include Order Number that you received in My Account section

Please remember if you strictly follow our return policy, you will be eligible for 100% refund.
