Frequently Asked Questions

If you didn't receive the order confirmation or shipping confirmation email, it either ended up in your spam folder or you used a different/old email in your order rather than the email you currently/often use, most probably because of auto-fill. So please check the spam folder of your main email and check both the inbox and spam folders of any other email you might have used. If you still can’t find it or if you believe you might have entered an email you no longer have access to, please email us. 

We send shipping confirmation emails with tracking info after an order is shipped. Your shipping update email may have ended up in spam folder or you may have entered a different email (probably because of autofill) in your order. Please check your primary email and other possible emails and their spam folders once again. You need to click on the tracking number in that email to open the main tracking link. If you still can’t find anything, please email us with the name-surname and email used in the order. If tracking page says ‘delivered’ please follow the steps in the next question below.

If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive the package, it might be left in your mailbox, door, patio, main gate etc. Please don’t forget that delivery people don’t always ring the bell.

In this case, before contacting us, please do the following:

1) Check your mailbox again (its a gray/black polybag and sometimes gets stuck behind other mail) and check its surroundings as well as other possible spots they usually leave mail at. 

2) Check other possible spots like patio, backdoor etc. 

3) Ask the households, because in most cases others in the households bring items in, forgetting to tell the recipient. 

If you still can’t find it, please contact us with your order number/name-surname/email used in the order.

There’s 2-5 days of order processing before an order ships but orders are mostly shipped in 1-3 days after order placement. This period is included in the total delivery time.

Any address change request should be emailed to us no later than 24 hours after placing an order. We are not able to change the delivery address of an order after it ships. 

Any request to change color/size/model in an order should be emailed to us no later than 24 hours after placing an order.

If you need a different size please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order and we’ll do our best to help you.

If you’re not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order and we’ll do our best to help you.

Despite strict quality controls, unfortunately defective items may end up in packages sometimes mostly due to nature of lace. In that case, please email us asap, with a picture of the defective item and we’ll do our best to help you. 

Yes you can still return your order if you’re not happy. We have return locations outside of US too. 

Yes our products come in gray/black polybags with no branding or logo on them.
